The NSI Minor League Report: Bleich Bleak, Kontos, Nova and Banuelos Yes

Scranton split a doubleheader while Austin Jackson continues to hit. Ajax went a combined 3 for 7, with a triple and two stolen bases. George Kontos pitched a gem in the first game, giving up 1 run in 6 innings.

Ivan Nova paced Trenton's win with 1 run in 8 innings. Tampa was the only loser as Jeramy Bleich gave up a 6 spot in the first inning, and 11 hits in 4 innings of work. Manny Banuelos paced Charleston's win with two hits over 5 innings. The youngster is pitching well, but needs to learn how to be more efficient and get into the later innings.
