The NSI Minor League Report: Mac Pitches Another Gem

All four minor league teams won yesterday. Austin Jackson had a double and extended his hitting streak to 7 games. Shelley Duncan had 3 doubles, while Todd Linden had 4 hits for Scranton. Jesus Montero went hitless and was also involved in a home plate collision and was removed from the game. Zach McAllister continues his impressive season, throwing 7 shutout innings, while walking none. Austin Romine seems to be picking up the slack for the promoted Montero, going 2 for 4 with a double. Both Romine and Montero were perfect in throwing out would be base stealers.
