The NSI Minor League Report: Eleven and Oh

Sunday 4/19

Scranton won again and is now 11-0. Eric & Shelley Duncan and Juan Miranda provided the lumber, while Journeymen Jason Johnson, with help from Mark Melancon nailed down the game. Austin Jackson should be back in the lineup on Monday. Trenton won, behind their first homer of the year (Marcos Vecchioanchi) and stellar pitching by Ryan Pope.

Tampa lost, but more importantly Jesus Montero is officially El Fuego, going 3 for 4 with a homer and double. Austin Romine seems to be getting into the party, getting two hits.
