Plenty Of Tickets Still Available For Tonight's Yankee Game vs. Red Sox At Or Below Face Value

It has been well documented in the past week that the secondary market for Yankee tickets has collapsed. Combine that with bad weather, and some of the best deals you will ever see for a Yankees/Red Sox game have appeared. We'll put it this way - the game starts in 5 hours and there are still over 4,000 tickets available on StubHub and 6,000 total tickets on the secondary market according to FanSnap.com.

Prices are generally 50% off face value, with some even better deals available such as this pair in the Grandstand for $25 AFTER StubHub's fees. A quick search of Craigs List pulled up many more options, mostly at face value, with some well below. Here is our favorite:

SELLING TWO INFIELD TERRACE TIX FOR TONIGHT. TIX COST $85/SEAT, I'M SELLING FOR $35/SEAT. SAD SAD SAD, WHAT HAVE WE BECOME. LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. THANKS.

What have we become? Nothing like perusing Craigs List and finding some of life's great questions.

Desperation has kicked in for some:

STUBHUB RAPED ME AND NOW IM PASSING THE SAVINGS ON TO THE LUCKY FAN!

SOLD OUT GAME AND ITS NOT RAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raping by StubHub is especially painful. That is why we make educated buying and selling decisions using websites such as FanSnap.com, and of course by reading New Stadium Insider (wait, that's us).

If you are a hardcore Yankee fan (or Red Sox fan for that matter), now is the time to take advantage of a down market and see the rivalry live and in person. You may never have another chance to spend so few of your hard-earned dollars to do so. Read the full post, after the jump
