2009 Yankees single game ticket on sale date announced

In an interview on WFAN today, Lonn Trost announced that single game tickets will go on sale on or around March 15. There is no documentation of this date on yankees.com, so treat it as a tentative date. It doesn't seem likely that the public on sale would take place on a Sunday, but perhaps they want to give more people a chance to get tickets without having to worry about their work schedule.

Previously, the Yankees had said seats would go on sale at the beginning of March. Last year, they went on sale at the end of February.
